Today marks 24 years since September 11th, 2001. A day that forever changed our nation and reminded us what it means to be American.

We remember the nearly 3,000 people we lost, the first responders who sacrificed everything, and the families who carry that grief every single day. We also remember how Americans of every background stood united, proving that our diversity is our strength.

In Congress, I’m committed to honoring their memory by working to keep our communities safe and our democracy strong.
