Can officials profile someone based on the color of their skin or the language they speak? The Supreme Court now says yes.

Can you gut an agency just because you feel like it? The Supreme Court surely thinks so.

Can you try to overthrow the U.S. government, disseminate election conspiracies, be a convicted felon, and then become President? Oh! The Supreme Court definitely thinks so.

You might've noticed that the Supreme Court has been the focus of many of Trump's power grabs this year. Well, it's because of inaction on the part of the GOP-run Congress.

A lot of these egregious decisions could've been avoided if Congress had acted and passed actual legislation. Unfortunately, Republicans control both houses and have no interest in taking part in the process of checks and balances.

Winning back the majority in Congress has never been so crucial in our nation's history. We have a chance to save our country from MAGA and preserve true American liberty.
