Last week, Judge Tim O’Hare and the Tarrant County Commissioners Court approved tax rates that put money back in your pocket while maintaining quality services. This kind of leadership does not happen everywhere. While other large Texas counties are raising taxes, Tarrant County is proving that responsible conservative governance works.

Conservative leaders have taken notice.

State Senator Paul Bettencourt praised Tim O’Hare’s work in Tarrant County for cutting the county tax rate and proving that conservative leadership delivers real results. Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick also pointed to Tarrant County under Judge O’Hare as an example of how Texas can keep leading the way on property tax relief.

That is the company we are keeping, and it shows that what we are doing here in Tarrant County is setting the right standard for Texas.
