The Changing the Narrative pilot project is a partnership between the Washington Student Achievement Council, Central Washington University (CWU), and Sandbox Inc., with support from the Lumina Foundation. The project aims to make the college transition easier by creating messages, media, and interactive tools that connect with students and their families. It focuses on helping underrepresented groups who may not have the knowledge, confidence, or support networks needed to make important decisions after high school.
The @CollegeToolkit platform was released in August 2025. This report summarizes the research findings.
