Many people know me as the Vice President, Donald J. Trump’s right-hand man. 

Hi Friend, the name is JD Vance. I come from small-town Ohio, and I have roots in rural Kentucky. I’m not the kind of person that most people picture when it comes to a leader in Washington.

My Mamaw didn’t raise a quitter, and I’m living proof. When the going got tough, no matter how much I might have wanted to give up, I never did.

If you don’t know my story, what I’m about to tell you might surprise you. I had a mother who struggled with addiction, and it wasn’t easy. We didn’t have a lot. I was built to work with all kinds of people, to persevere, and to overcome any obstacle.

And that’s exactly what I did - I went from a small-town boy to the Vice President of the United States.

My upbringing taught me the values of hard work, determination, and never giving up. And now, I’m taking those same values to fight for the future of our country. 

But we have a lot of tough battles ahead, and I can’t do it without you. So please, if you can take a few minutes, I respectfully ask that you read what else I have to say in it’s entirety.
