New Resource Guide for ISDs
and Charters

We're excited to share our updated Resource Guide to support ISDs and charter schools in navigating sex education and abuse prevention implementation instruction in Texas.

The guide reflects important updates following the 89th legislative session and provides step-by-step guidance on curriculum selection and compliance.

Inside, you will find a one-pager summarizing key legislative changes, updated guidance on instructional material adoption, a new Statutory Compliance and Best Practices Checklist, and additional resources, making this comprehensive toolkit a valuable reference whether you need a quick overview or an in-depth walkthrough.
