PAM’s List Announces Endorsement of Candidates for 2025 Elections
(Trenton) – PAM’s List announced today a historic $60,000 in campaign contributions and its endorsement of a slate of candidates running for state legislature, county offices, and mayoral positions in the 2025 election cycle. This year’s endorsements include a slate of 63 female candidates at every level of government–including a candidate for Governor, 32 women for the General Assembly, 27 women running for county-level offices, and three mayoral candidates.
“These candidates are not just running for office; they’re running to protect our fundamental freedoms,” said Paulina O’Connor and Kay LiCausi, Co-Chairs of PAM’s List. “At a time when reproductive rights are under constant attack, it’s essential we elect leaders who are unwavering in their commitment to safeguard access to reproductive health care for all.”
Catherine Tung, Endorsement Chair of PAM’s List, added, “Supporting pro-choice Democratic women isn’t just the right thing to do–it’s a strategy for progress. These women are on the frontlines of change, and we are proud to stand with them as they fight for equality, justice, and the future of reproductive freedom.”
In the last several years, directed and aggressive attacks on equality, justice, and reproductive freedoms have made it so that this generation’s young women are growing up with fewer protections than their parents and grandparents. That is why it is absolutely critical to support and elect champions from the ground up: to ensure that women have a seat at the table in every room where decisions are made.
PAM’s List is especially excited to endorse Mikie Sherrill, a proven fighter. Now more than ever, New Jersey needs a Governor who will stand up to the attacks against women and reproductive health care choices. Mikie Sherrill and our endorsed candidates will protect New Jersey’s future.
Founded in 1993, PAM’s List has been a driving force in advancing women's rights, reproductive freedom, and progressive leadership at the state and local levels–building out a bench of Democratic, pro-choice, women elected officials at all levels of government.
The 2025 endorsed candidates reflect our organization's core mission of protecting access to reproductive health care and championing policies that uphold the rights and dignity of women and families.
