➤➤ PRIVACY THREAT: Trump’s DOJ demands your voter registration data — what’s the real agenda?

John.

The Department of Justice is demanding voter registration data from at least 19 states, asking for full copies of voter rolls, complete with sensitive information like partial Social Security numbers, addresses, and driver’s license details.

But here’s the kicker: There’s no valid legal justification. Experts – and election officials themselves – warn that this is not about improving election safety or fixing the rolls. This is about harvesting data to fuel conspiracy theories, target voters, and potentially build a national database that centralizes power over how we vote.

But state leaders are fighting back. Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes called the request unconstitutional, and is refusing to comply. Maine’s Shenna Bellows told them, “The DOJ can go jump in the Gulf of Maine.”

These are the kinds of leaders we’re proud to support.

Our Democratic Secretaries of State are the first line of defense against these attacks. Now, more than ever, we need your help to protect election administration from data grabs and authoritarian scheming.

Will you chip in to support Democratic Secretaries of State pushing back in court? $3 from you would go a long way – especially right now.

We cannot allow Trump’s administration to take control of the voter data itself. Let’s make sure democracy remains in the hands of the people, not in a federal data warehouse.

Thank you.
