First off, I want to say thank you to all of the supporters, volunteers, and donors who have contributed your time and your resources to get us to our fundraising goal ahead of tonight's fundraising deadline. 









And while we’re certainly proud to have raised our funds needed for the campaign, we’re even more excited to have accomplished this with the help of grassroots supporters like you. Our campaign has and always will be fighting for the working families of District 11 and San Francisco. This campaign is built on and supported by donations from over 527students, social workers, teachers, food service workers, welders, doctors, lawyers, plumbers, artists, dentists, home care workers, engineers, small business owners, retirees, labor unions, community organizations, and community leaders.



Even better: 62% of our donors are San Franciscans.



Our campaign is for the working people of this city, and we are grateful to have received support from 35 labor unions and countless union workers from District 11 and all across San Francisco. We are thankful for your trust in this campaign, and we will continue fighting to improve the lives of working families in this city. 



During these uncertain times, we have been fighting everyday to support and uplift our community, and ensure that our community recovers from the hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to be sure that we are reopening our economy in a way that is driven by data and science to ensure that we stay safe and healthy in the process. We have made a lot of progress -- but we still have a long road ahead of us.
