I’ll be honest: seeing a new GOP poll calling me “vulnerable” really stings.

My team and I are working our hearts out to fight back. We’re pushing and pushing to combat the insanity of what’s happening in our country. But we can’t lose sight that we are running in a district that Trump won.

National Republicans are doing a poll in my district (and releasing it publicly) because they are gearing up to spend millions attacking me.

But here’s the truth: I trust the people of CA-09 more than I trust a poll paid for by National Republicans. We can’t let them define this race. We need to run our own poll so we know exactly where we stand and how best to fight back.
