After Trump and his Republicans pawns in Texas tried to steal control of Congress, California Democrats are fighting back to even out the playing field against Trump. This November, the decision will be now in YOUR hands to stop this dangerous powergrab. Here's what's at stake:

FIRST: Governor Newsom called for new maps that temporarily override the independent commission.

THEN: This November, Californians will vote whether to adopt these new congressional maps, which would make five U.S. House districts more favorable to Democrats.

BUT: while these maps create new opportunities for Democrats, they also make several districts, including mine❗, more competitive. That means thousands of voters will be casting ballots in a congressional race they’ve never voted in before.

NOW: My team and I are preparing to make sure every voter knows what’s at stake and how our work in Congress is delivering for California families on critical issues like education, access to healthcare, clean environment, and basic human rights.
