Things have not been looking good for Dems in the 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court reelection. 

This obscure and little discussed race will determine whether or not Democrats retain their 3-vote majority on the Supreme Court Race. Losing it means Democrats never win or hold power in Pennsylvania again. PA and its 19 electoral college votes gone forever. 

With the DNC unable to intervene due to colossal budget shortfalls, the national donor base focused on flipping the House in 2026, and the GOP having us massively outgunned - the situation has been nothing short of dire. 

However, this past weekend, Defend our Courts launched a counter-offensive. The Democratic last stand for Pennsylvania is now underway.

This past Saturday 100+ volunteers descended on Philadelphia to help Defend our Courts mount a comeback in this critical election with some groups of canvassers driving in from as far as Baltimore and NYC.

Defend our Courts launched in May of this year with the goal of waking up Democrats to the stakes of this race and rapidly mounting a defense to withstand and push back against the MAGA onslaught that we are facing.

Now, because of the 28,731 individual donors, from every state in the union, who have come together to help us raise a collective $1.2 million dollars, the defense of this beyond critical court has begun. 

This is no time to rest on our laurels. MAGA has more than $30 million committed to this race with more on the way. Spending in this race is about to reach astronomical levels only seen in Presidential races. It is not outside the realm of possibility that $100 million + is spent in this race.

We need to raise way more and we have less than two months to catch up to the GOP’s sizable warchest. Can we count on you to rush $50, $25, or even $5 so we can put it to work immediately towards saving this critical court?
