With his years of building teams at major tech companies, including Google, Meta, and TikTok, combined with his deep personal commitment to ending factory farming, Arash is uniquely positioned to enable optimal growth and progress.

As my operational co-pilot, Arash will empower us to reach more people, influence more policies, and protect more animals than ever before.

My focus remains on shaping our bold vision and strategic direction to end industrial animal agriculture, while Arash will bring sharp operational expertise. Together, we're even better positioned to break down barriers, scale our efforts, and accelerate the systemic change animals so urgently need.
