Pods are carefully selected based on the following criteria: stage of business, diversity, industry, subject matter expertise, and harmonious group dynamics so that conversations are deeply generative and relevant for participants.

SVN Members Learn to Shift the Conversation

Over the last 5 months, 12 change-makers (half of whom were SVN members) came together, hungry to find peace and reconciliation in difficult and challenging conversations. Over the course of 4 sessions they learned about what keeps conversations stuck in disrepair and learned how to literally move conversations beyond the fray.
