Are you a California resident seeking advice on bankruptcy or debt management?

This informative and supportive webinar will explore and help you understand your legal options for managing your debt as a creative professional, including an overview of filing personal bankruptcy in California.

Presented in partnership with nonprofit public interest law firm Public Counsel, we will cover how to:
* Understand and assess whether you can realistically pay off your debt
* Determine if bankruptcy, or another form of debt relief, might be a viable next step for you
* Demystify the steps involved in the bankruptcy process in California
* Become eligible for a free legal consultation at our Bankruptcy Clinic, as well as other helpful resources and support

Your participation in the webinar will be kept confidential, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions anonymously.

A recording of the webinar will be available for a limited time. You must register in advance to receive a link to view the recording. Attending live is encouraged to participate in the Q&A. The legal information shared will be specific to California residents only.

Completing this webinar is a mandatory prerequisite to participating in the Bankruptcy Clinic on Tuesday, October 7. If you have any questions related to these offerings, please reach out to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) .
