*September 8, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 20003-250-EA-25 (Record No. 17769)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Cheyenne Light Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP) to decrease the Electric Voluntary Renewable Energy Rider (VRER) Rate to $0.00 per month for each 100-kWh block to participating customers effective for blocks purchased on and after April 1, 2025, to close the program to new participants effective April 1, 2025, and to terminate the program effective April 1, 2026.

*September 8, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 20000-691-EA-25 (Record No. 17945)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for authority to partially decommission and sell the Fall Creek hydroelectric generation facilities (Fall Creek Development or Fall Creek).
