If the November 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court race were a Congressional election, it would already be the most expensive in the country right now.
But here’s the problem: Hardly any Democrats are paying attention.
MAGA operatives are spending millions to flip the PA courts red because they know what’s at stake — not just for Pennsylvania, but for the entire country.
They know that if they control the courts:
- They can block mail-in voting
- They can rig redistricting
- They can overturn election results they don’t like
- They can ban abortion, attack unions, and dismantle basic rights
So while most donors are focused on the next House battleground or Senate toss-up, the truth is this:
Control of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court could do more to decide the outcome of the 2026 and 2028 elections than any single Congressional race.
We need more people to understand that. And the only way we can do that is by an aggressive, targeted voter outreach program that gets this race on people’s radars.
We’re not going to lie to you: Those plans cost a LOT of money. Especially if we want to fight back against the MAGA billionaires emptying their pockets to help fund this judicial takeover.
That’s why we have to ask: Can you chip in $50, $25, or even $10 to help Defend Our Courts stop the MAGA takeover of Pennsylvania’s judiciary?
