Learn more about the Clean Energy Tax Credit Assistance Program (CETCAP) and elective pay tax credits

With recent federal policy changes, Commerce is mobilizing resources to help you act fast. Through our enhanced CETCAP program, we’re actively seeking:

  • Clean energy projects in progress that could lose their tax credits.
  • Supporting projects to meet the new federal deadlines.

Join the CETCAP team for office hours on September 10 at 1 p.m. and September 19 at 9:30 a.m. to learn more about the program and elective pay tax credits. During this session, tax attorneys will be available to answer any technical questions you may have.

Register for Sept. 19

CETCAP provides free technical assistance to community-based organizations, local governments, ports, housing authorities, tribes, and other public and nonprofit entities. The program can help you access federal tax credits for clean energy projects, which can cover 30-70% of the costs of initiatives like:

  • Solar energy
  • Battery storage
  • Wind energy
  • Geothermal systems
  • Electric vehicles (EVs)
  • EV charging infrastructure

Take advantage of federal clean energy tax credits and register today.
