Just a few weeks until we meet our Virginia candidates!  Join Sister District DC Metro Area and our co-sponsor, Lead Locally, as well as members of The Woman's National Democratic Club, on Sept 29, to hear from our two incredible candidates for the VA House of Delegates-- IN PERSON!

Our goal is to raise $5,000 each for Delegate Cole and Elizabeth Guzman at this event, so please consider donating $50 in advance of your registration. There also will be opportunities to contribute at the venue on Sept 29!

Mark Your Calendars!  Please plan to join us for a special virtual phonebanking event on September 30, hosted in collaboration with our New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island chapters! This exciting event will feature a live appearance by Elizabeth Guzman, with time for a Q&A session with our candidate.  Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers, make calls that count, and hear directly from Elizabeth as we rally support for our shared vision. Let’s make an impact together! 

We're still looking for phonebankers!

Why phonebank? The data proves it: phonebanking is THE BEST volunteering option for remote voter contact. We identify supporters and let them know why their votes matter, speak with undecided voters, and recruit local volunteers.

New to phonebanking?  Don't worry! No experience is necessary. Each Zoom phonebank includes training and check-ins for first-timers (experienced callers can jump right in). We'll share successes and address questions throughout the session, all while contacting voters in crucial state legislative races. Our veteran phonebank leaders will help you get comfortable, increase your effectiveness, and make sure you have a great experience.

Protect VA from a MAGA takeover!  Join Sister District as we partner with Relentless, a leader in relational organizing, to host a virtual Rally the Vote event on Wednesday, September 17, 7-8 pm ET to make sure you and everyone you know are registered to vote and ready to make your voices heard.

Make an immediate impact in just 1 hour!  On September 17, Relentless will help you use a simple tool to learn if your friends and family are registered to vote.  If they are not, you'll be able to send them information they need to register before the October 24 deadline, which is right around the corner!

Early voting in Virginia for the November election starts on September 19 and ends on November 1, 2025.  Let's keep Virginia Blue!

As all of us know, early voting is a critical opportunity for voters to make their voices heard and ensure strong turnout in support of our candidates. Your participation in early voting will help secure victories in key races and is essential in keeping Virginia BLUE!

If you are registered to vote in Virginia, mark your calendars with this important date...and tell you friends to do the same!

Join DoTheMostGood, Indivisible MoCoWoMen, Indivisible Route 1 Corridor, and other grassroots organizations on September 20 at 10 am in the Manassas area to knock doors for Abigail Spanberger and the entire Virginia Democratic ticket.

Early voting starts September 19, and we need the Democrats to show up in force.

Are you new to canvassing or an old pro? Either way, we’ve got you covered. We will train you and organize carpools from the DMV area. We will provide talking points, candidate literature, and support for a successful day.
