Texas was only the beginning. In Missouri, Republican Governor Mike Kehoe and state lawmakers just started a special session to support Donald Trump’s gerrymandering power grab scheme — giving themselves another congressional seat.

Donald Trump and his Republican lapdogs are on a mission to silence our voices. They know their agenda is unpopular, and they’re doing everything they can to hang onto their congressional majority by rigging the maps in their favor.

We can’t — and won’t — let them get away with it.

The DNC is all in to support Missouri Democrats in fighting for our democracy. We’re activating supporters to pressure Republicans in person and online — and if the maps pass the state legislature, we will be all hands on deck to overturn them.

This work could make the difference between a Congress that can check Trump’s power — or another four years of Trump with zero guardrails. And, donations that we receive from emails just like this one allow us to continue funding efforts to stop Republican gerrymandering.
