In the last few weeks, we’ve sent several messages focused on Trump and his allies’ attempts to dismantle our democracy — by redrawing congressional maps, threatening to attack voting by mail, and even sending the National Guard into cities like Washington, D.C., as a means of consolidating power.

We’ll be honest: We did not know how Democrats would respond to messages like these — especially after such a draining reality of living under the Trump administration.
