Trump is apparently backtracking on stronger background checks in the wake of back-to-back mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton.
Just take a look for yourself:
This president doesn’t even have the attention span to protect our kids and our communities from gun violence.
So while Trump waffles on his position again, we have to keep up the pressure, and that’s where you come in:
Trump may have done a 180 on his interest in gun safety, but that’s not how we do things.
We are committed to passing safer gun laws and we know you are too.
It’s up to us to stay focused and continue moving forward, and your support helps us do just that.
