Remember folks, it's not just about getting your heart rate up. It's about finding joy in movement and laughter, whether that's through a weekly dance class, a virtual series, or simply turning up the music and grooving in your living room. The key is to find activities that make you want to move.
All sessions are accessible to everyone, with modifications to ensure you can participate safely and effectively.
