Dear John,

Yesterday, my team and I sent out my end-of-August newsletter where we notified you of an upcoming Virginia Racing Commission meeting on Monday, September 8th, at 1pm, in New Kent County. On the agenda is consideration of Churchill Downs and Rosie’s application to open a Rosie’s Gaming Emporium, a facility with slot-machine-type historical horse racing (HHR) machines, at Staples Mill Shopping Center later this fall.

This Virginia Racing Commission meeting has now been rescheduled to Monday, September 15th at 1pm at the SCC Building in Richmond which is located at 1300 E Main St, Richmond, VA 23219.
