Indiana just made history.

 

Beginning in August, any company wanting a state contract must certify that they don't use DEI hiring practices that treat people differently based on race or sex.

 

No more woke quotas. No more discrimination disguised as "diversity." Just merit, excellence, and innovation.

Governor Mike Braun replaced DEI with something better: MEI (Merit, Excellence, and Innovation).

Here's what makes this personal: these are YOUR tax dollars. Every state contract comes from Hoosier taxpayers — and those dollars should go to companies that hire the best candidates, not companies that check boxes based on race.

 

Should your hard-earned money fund discrimination? We don't think so.

 

Indiana Republicans delivered this victory, but we need resources to keep fighting for common-sense policies that put Hoosiers first.
