Earlier this summer Lauren Boebert signed death warrants for tens of thousands of Coloradans when she voted to slash Medicaid and kick people off their private insurance with the Big Beautiful Bill.
It’s the biggest federal rollback of healthcare in U.S. history, and it means cutting short tens of millions American lives.
Boebert is cavalier about it, in a Zoom conference she said her constituents' health is “not my job” and for people affected by the cuts to “get a peloton and a gym membership.”
Coming from someone who has the best health care in the country, paid for by taxpayers, it’s SICK. I lost both parents to cancer days apart. It’s offensive to families like mine that Boebert finds joy and makes jokes about the suffering she voted for.
