Update: No Worker Identification (No WID) documents now required to be eFiled

What's changing?

Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 176.285 all documents are now required to be eFiled in C-Track. The Court of Administrative Hearings (CAH) will no longer be manually creating a case for documents that do not contain a WID.

If you do not have a WID, email [email protected] to request a WID, attach your initiating documents and a screenshot of your Campus WID search results showing that no WID exists.  Your request will be reviewed and a WID provided to you by the Department of Labor and Industry.  

Once you have received a WID, you will be responsible for eFiling your document(s) with CAH.

Why?

This change streamlines the process and aligns with the requirement that all documents must be eFiled as required by statute.
