the first day of our Fall Match Challenge.

This incredible match comes at a critical time in our fight, but it
won't last for long. Right now, there are over 7 million Americans
living with Alzheimer's disease and nearly 12 million caregivers who
are counting on us as they navigate the difficulties and uncertainty
of this cruel disease. We're counting on you now more than ever to
help provide them with care and support resources, as well as to
accelerate research toward a cure.

Alzheimer's isn't slowing down. More
people are being diagnosed each day, and it's critical that we
continue to fight back even harder. We need YOU to help provide them
with care and support, as well as fuel promising research efforts
toward new treatments and, one day, a cure.

Our supporters bring us to a historic time in the search for a
cure. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved treatments
that target the underlying biology of the disease, giving us all a
reason to hope. While there's currently no cure, these treatments may
change the progression of the disease and give those living with early
Alzheimer's more time to plan for the future, to live independently
and to spend more time with family and friends.
There is more promising research in the pipeline, and we need your
support during this special match challenge to help advance it, as
well as provide care and support for all those impacted by
Alzheimer's.
