As we enter this season of shadows and eclipses, we're
reminded that the light and dark belong to one another.
Just as eclipses reveal what is usually hidden, shadow work asks
us to face what lies beneath the surface of our culture: the
violence of white supremacy, the weight of patriarchy, the
extraction and exploitation that so often pass as “normal.” These
forces operate like shadows—out of view, but shaping every aspect
of our lives.
Eclipses remind us that the shadow is not just personal—it’s
collective. And the work of liberation is learning to bring these
shadows into the light: to befriend them, to dance with them and
to reclaim what has been forgotten and disowned.
This fall, we're honoring the emergence of darkness and welcoming
shadow work with movement, ritual and collective practice.

We've designed a world of practice this fall to invite
radical inquiry, embodied exploration and creative play. Here's
what we have in store:
MOVEMENT FOR THE MOVEMENT: Each month we meet up in shared
(virtual) space to honor the moon's cycles and move with its
medicine. All practices are pay what you can (and recorded if you
cannot attend live). Next up: Full moon in Pisces/Lunar

EQUINOX RITUAL & PRACTICE (9/21): We're marking the autumn
equinox with a special movement ritual called Dancing with the
Shadows. Through movement and ritual, we’ll turn toward what has
been hidden or silenced—both in ourselves and in our world—and
move together to reclaim these truths as power for collective

The super blood moon eclipse (gulp) is coming in hot to
expose what is hidden and no longer serving us and to clear the
way our highest intention.
