**ICE Frustrated With Dallas: City Leaders Harbor Repeat Offenders**
Dallas is becoming a safe haven for illegal repeat offenders, and even ICE is sounding the alarm.
**Federal agents say** [link removed] non-cooperative cities like ours make their job harder and our neighborhoods less safe. Instead of working with ICE to remove violent criminals, Dallas leaders have
**reassured** [link removed] undocumented residents they won’t face enforcement. The result? Offenders who should have been deported continue walking free in our communities.
Recent cases prove the point. A
**Honduran man** [link removed] on Texas’s 10 Most Wanted list was caught in Dallas after multiple deportations. A Mexican immigrant who stabbed a man seven times and set his body on fire was released with no prison time. [link removed] A group of Venezuelans tied up and pistol-whipped a woman during a Dallas
**home invasion.** [link removed] These aren’t isolated, they’re the consequence of a city that refuses to cooperate with federal law enforcement.
ICE officials are blunt: in Dallas, they’re forced to re-arrest the same criminals again and again. Meanwhile, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties partner with ICE under the 287(g) program, flagging offenders before they re-offend. Dallas is the outlier, and families are paying the price.
The
**numbers** [link removed] are staggering. Across Texas, undocumented immigrants have been charged with over 559,000 crimes, including 1,132 homicides and 6,566 sexual assaults.
**Assaults on ICE agents** [link removed] have surged 830% this year, and Dallas has already seen its share of threats. Yet City Hall insists we’re “in compliance” while criminals slip through the cracks.
Dallas families deserve better. Violent offenders should not view our city as a safe haven. Contact your City Council member today and demand they put YOU before violent criminals by cooperating with ICE and keeping dangerous criminals out of our neighborhoods.

**Gavin Newsom Takes Shot At Dallas While City Refuses to Cooperate With ICE**
Executive Director Mark Lutchman exposes the rising chaos in Dallas: from a man threatening to bomb ICE’s field office, to repeat criminal illegals slipping through the cracks, all while city leaders refuse to work with ICE to remove dangerous offenders. Add in the DPD staffing crisis, Prop U broken promises, and violent crime zones like Harry Hines, and it’s clear this city isn’t serious about safety. The facts are undeniable, but City Hall keeps playing politics. Enough is enough. It’s time for accountability.

22-Year-Old Charged in 14 Dallas Robberies [link removed]
A 22-year-old man is facing charges for 14 armed robberies committed across Dallas. The arrests were made by DPD’s new Serial Robbery Task Force, which has already taken down 33 suspects linked to over 100 felonies. It’s a big win for the unit, but also a troubling sign, why are violent repeat offenders allowed to get this far in the first place?
Dallas Mom Charged With Murder After Toddler Dies in Hot Car [link removed]
A 15-month-old child died after being left in a hot car for more than two hours in 95-degree weather. Dallas police say the mother acted intentionally, and she is now charged with murder. It’s a tragic, preventable loss of life.
Newsom Says Dallas Is Worse Than LA—Is He Wrong? [link removed]
Gavin Newsom claims Dallas is in worse shape than Los Angeles. Meanwhile, City Hall insists crime is “down.” But residents see the daily reality: rising violence, encampments, and urban decay. If Dallas keeps following failed policies, it won’t take long for us to catch up with LA.

A massive homeless encampment stretches across the underpass at Harry Hines Blvd and W Northwest Hwy. Despite clear “Do Not Enter” signs, this space has become an entrenched encampment.

Leaned against the wall of Central Expressway, this solo encampment features a tent and scattered personal items.

**"Coombs St Tunnel Camp"**
A full-blown encampment has taken over the underpass on Coombs St in The Cedars. Tents lined wall to wall. Trash scattered. Shopping carts, bikes, and bins clogging the sidewalk. You can’t walk through it, let alone feel safe.
**Councilman Moreno, how is this acceptable just blocks from City Hall?**

**Mission Statement:**
Keep Dallas Safe exists to address crime and homelessness in Dallas with the goal of transforming Dallas into the safest large city in Texas for residents and businesses. We aim to have a City Council that prioritizes crime rate which directly determines the quality of life in Dallas. We do this by fighting against the "defund the police" movement, holding accountable our city leaders' efforts towards lowering district crime rates, and highlighting our city's homelessness problems by pushing for enforcement of the prohibition of urban camping.
