We made a very difficult decision earlier this week, and as someone who cares deeply about passing the Election Rigging Response Act, you should know about it.

Earlier this week, we went up on the air with our first television ads of the campaign. We do not currently have the money to stay up until ballots drop in a month, but we couldn't wait. Our opponents' ads are already on the air, one man with a history of giving to extremist causes has contributed $20 million to beat us, and more Republican donors are showing up as well.

So we couldn't wait or we'd risk falling behind.

And the bet we made was that people like you who understand the importance of passing the Election Rigging Response Act will chip-in to help us close the budget gap we created with this decision.
