Democrats are asleep at the wheel in a life or death November 2025 election and there are massive consequences if we lose. 

That election is the 2025 PA Supreme Court Election, where Pennsylvanians will vote on whether or not to remove the three Democratic supreme court justices that make up the court’s Dem majority. 

A win for MAGA here means they can destroy any chance of a Democrat ever winning Pennsylvania. 19 electoral college votes - gone for good. And with the keystone of the Democratic blue wall strategy removed, they can lock in MAGA rule for the next decade and beyond. 

The GOP is laser focused on winning this race while Democrats are nowhere to be found. Nowhere is this better exemplified than with the little pamphlet they are presently saturating Pennsylvania with:

The pamphlet that Early Vote Action, the MAGA PAC spearheading the GOP effort to flip the PA supreme court, is blanketing Pennsylvania with. Early Vote Action is funded by Elon Musk and human trafficker/”masculine” influencer Tristan Tate. 

In PA you can’t go anywhere without seeing these flyers: at state fairs MAGA canvassers are handing them out, volunteers are hanging them on peoples door knobs, they are showing up in mailboxes, they are under your windshield wiper, we’ve even seen them littering the ground in deep blue Philadelphia. 

A comparable Democratic effort does not exist. No Dem presence throughout the whole summer at state fairs, nothing sent in the mail, no canvassing efforts. Ask any Democrat you know in PA if they know there is an election this November and they will tell you they had no idea. 

We are sleepwalking into a catastrophe. 

Defend our Courts is sprinting to reach parity with and eventually surpass MAGA’s get out the vote efforts but we are running out of time - two months remain until our November election day and we are outnumbered and outgunned.
