Our farmers feed the nation. Not only do they put food on our kitchen table, but they are a critical piece to our economy, especially in rural areas. Right now, farmers and farmworkers need our support.

Donald Trump’s policies are causing chaos across California's farming communities: ICE raids have left them without workers, tariffs are pricing them out of markets, and perfectly good harvests are being left to rot in the fields.

Recently, I met with farmers in CA-25 to discuss how we can keep our produce competitive and incentivize people to buy locally grown foods.

But here's what I need you to know: The crisis our rural communities are facing right now is because of harmful policies passed by the Republicans who prioritize politics over people.

Addressing our broken immigration system and fixing our economy doesn’t have to come at the expense of our farmers.

There’s a better way forward, but to get there, we need to protect every blue seat so that we can flip the House in 2026 and hold Republicans accountable.
