National Make-A-Will Month may be over, but it's not too late to define your legacy by ensuring your chosen family and friends are cared for and your wishes are upheld.

Your identity matters, and your plans should reflect that. Too often, legal documents are the last place our names, pronouns, and chosen family are honored. Updating or creating a will is one way to protect your future, affirm your values, and bring peace of mind to yourself and those you care about most.

While you’re planning, you’ll also have the option to leave a planned gift to Transgender Law Center. No matter the size, it’s a powerful way to invest in a world where all trans and gender-nonconforming people, especially BIPOC, disabled, and HIV+ individuals, can live freely and authentically.
