Speaker Bio: Cassie Carroll is the Assistant Director of EnergySense with experience in community-based outreach & engagement, program development & strategic relationship building, bringing an innovative approach to efficiency & environmental initiatives to the EnergySense Resilience Center. In addition, Cassie oversees three core resiliency programs: the Illinois Green Business Program, implementation of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources Climate Action Plan & community engagement under the Illinois EPA Public Water Infrastructure Program. Leveraging her multifaceted experience, she excels at identifying & understanding organizational needs & translating them into actionable, impactful programs.
