The Supreme Court is no longer serving the people, it’s serving MAGA. In case after case, the Court is abandoning precedent, hiding behind the shadow docket, and siding with Trump’s agenda.

Shadow dockets are rulings issued without full briefings, oral arguments, or explanations.

Orders so opaque that even lower courts struggle to follow them. Since Trump returned to office, his administration has flooded the Court with emergency petitions, demanding fast-tracked decisions on issues ranging from immigration to public health. The Court has been more than willing to comply.

What’s even more alarming is that federal judges themselves are speaking out. Across the country, judges appointed by Democrats, Republicans, and even Trump are expressing frustration that the Supreme Court’s frequent interventions, often without explanation, are undermining their work and leaving them vulnerable to attacks from MAGA leaders and violent threats.

In these extraordinary times, judges say the Court is effectively leaving them “out to dry” and even appearing to side with Trump’s political agenda.

This is an attack on our democracy. By bending the rules for Trump and rewriting standards in his favor, MAGA justices are undermining the integrity of our courts, the very foundation of our system of checks and balances.

We cannot afford to sit back. If we lose our courts, we lose our democracy.
