This week, there is a lot to do! We try to keep the call-to-action short and sweet, but sometimes there is too much going on and we have to try to act on as much as we can. Below is a short list of the action items, and then you can scroll down to the individual items for more details. Note that in action items #1 and #3, you will be calling Congress. I recommend reading through all of the action items and then combining the messages when you call, so you only have to call once.

Tell Republicans to STAND UP for America

Last Thursday, House Freedom Caucus members held a press conference calling out the mobs, the lack of law and order, and called on AG Barr to take action. This was great!

Unfortunately, too many Republicans have been nearly silent on what is happening. As Tucker Carlson says in the article linked below, they may feel it’s going to blow over soon, but this is not something that is likely burn itself out. This is an organized effort to overthrow the United States founding, the Constitution, and our way of life, and more Republicans need to step up.

Second, read and share the article below from Rep. Chip Roy of Texas. Get ready for an Independence Day flag waving

Get ready for Independence Day! Please use our Independence Day Flag Waving Guide to help you organize your flag waving event. Our suggested theme is "The Promise of America." The left is trying to delegitimize our entire founding and nation, and it's likely they will use Independence Day to do so. We must publicly push back on these narratives. We have sign suggestions based on the theme, and we will have sample social media posts to use and share soon, so look for those this week as well.

Tell your Representative to vote NO on H.R. 2

From Rep. Steve Scalie’s office: “This week the House will consider H.R. 2 — INVEST in America Act, or better known as Speaker Pelosi’s “My Way or the Highway” bill. This legislation is a $1.5 Trillion dollar liberal wish list combined with elements of the Green New Deal. This is another unserious effort by the majority and it won’t go anywhere after the DEMS ram in through the House.”

Call your Representative, whether Republican or Democrat, and tell him or her to vote NO on H.R. 2. We know the Democrats will pass it, but we need to make sure they understand the American people oppose it anyway. They have to feel some pressure so that they don’t think we approve of what they are doing.
