Dignity Kits are more than just a collection of menstrual hygiene products. For women and girls who have lost everything, access to critical menstrual care is a lifeline. That’s part of the reason why supplying and distributing Dignity Kits is a significant portion of our humanitarian response.

Each kit contains essentials we might take for granted that are either too expensive or completely inaccessible: sanitary pads, soap, a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and clean underwear.

It costs just $15 to assemble a standard UNFPA Dignity Kit containing essential personal hygiene products.

Thanks to the support of people like you, we have been able to reach women and girls worldwide with our Dignity Kits, but we do not have enough for everyone who needs them.
