The courts just sided with SpaceX to try to gut the main government agency dedicated to protecting us -- the workers that power this country. It gives Musk and his billionaire friends a free pass to keep union-busting.

We just celebrated Labor Day -- but workers got no gift. Instead, billionaires like Elon Musk did. We won't be silent. We demand accountability.

Tell SpaceX: stop exploiting workers now! >> [link removed]

The details: Last week, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with SpaceX and other corporations, upholding lower court orders that block the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from even hearing unfair labor practice cases. That includes things we've all experienced like interfering with our right to unionize, refusing to bargain in good faith, and retaliating against union supporters.

This is the playbook: billionaires donate millions to elect politicians who appoint judges who rewrite the rules in their favor. Now, companies in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi can shut down NLRB cases just by crying “unconstitutional” and running to court. It's a rigged system -- and workers like us lose.

But we don't have to accept it. We can demand accountability right now by organizing together and calling corporations out. Tell SpaceX to stop weaponizing the courts to exploit workers.

It's the same with Starbucks. Last year, Starbucks fought the NLRB and its authority. The Supreme Court, which just so happens to have a right-wing, anti-worker majority, made it harder for the board to hold bosses accountable. Coincidence? No. It's just another example of how our broken system privileges corporations and CEOs over workers like you and me.

When the system is broken, we have to organize and build power in other ways. That starts with calling corporations out for their bad behavior. Send a message to SpaceX now!
