Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on July 7, 2025 from Two Rivers Wind, LLC and Lucky Star Wind, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Two Rivers Lucky Star Project in Carbon and Albany Counties. The Permittee requested an extension of the permit to change the commencement of construction for both Two Rivers Wind and Lucky Star Wind to third quarter 2026 and to extend the permit until November 20, 2028. The requests were granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 18-11 on July 26 and August 9, 2025. The Council issued the amendment on August 25, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
