Public Notice of Approved Amendment to the WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Cowboy Solar I and II Project; DEQ/ISC 23-03
Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on July 14, 2025 from Enbridge Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar I and II Project in Laramie County. The Permittee requested to increase the battery capacity for the Cowboy Solar II phase of the project from 133 megawatts to 200 megawatts. The request was granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 23-03 on July 24 and August 7, 2025. The Council issued the amendment on August 25, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
