The Family Zoning Plan will be at Planning Commission the following day, and it's finally up for a vote. So we are going to talk about it and get ready for the big rally and hearing the next day!

We'll also be hearing from the SFMTA about how they are considering some of their surplus properties in their portfolio. (Hint: housing is involved!)

Come with questions, and feel free to bring a YIMBY-curious friend for this one.

The Family Zoning Plan is a once-in-a-generation proposal that could finally make it legal to build housing in more neighborhoods of San Francisco. The Planning Commission will take its vote on September 11.

NIMBYs who oppose housing will show up to oppose the plan. We need to show up in order to demonstrate the broad support we have for building more homes in the cirt.

Join us for a rally at the steps outside City Hall at 11:30am, and then at Planning Commission in Room 400 starting at 12:30pm.
