September is here and so are the tell tale signs of fall in Massachusetts: The kids are back in school, we’re all cautiously optimistic about the Patriots, and, of course, college students across Massachusetts are moving into their new apartments.
This is always one of the busiest moving weeks of the year for renters and we’re thrilled to think of how many of them will save thousands of dollars because of new housing policies, including the elimination of renter-paid brokers’ fees.
