I grew up in a house where every dollar mattered. My mom worked double shifts just to keep food on the table. So when I see unelected elites throwing away your tax dollars without a second thought, I take it personally.

And standing inside the Fed? I felt the same thing I did back then: frustration that the people in charge just don't get it.
