Senator Maggie Hassan here.
I’ve had the privilege of serving alongside Chris Pappas for years. I know
firsthand how deeply he cares about New Hampshire — and how hard he works
to make government work for the people it serves.
Chris has fought to lower the cost of prescription drugs, expand access to
health care for our veterans, and protect reproductive freedom. He has
never lost sight of our Granite State values: listening, working hard, and
putting people before politics.
That’s why I’m so proud to support Chris for the United States Senate.
Let’s be clear: Republicans see New Hampshire as one of their best chances
to flip a Democratic seat. If they succeed, our path to taking back the
Senate majority becomes almost impossible. We cannot let that happen.
Chris has beaten the odds before — in one of the toughest congressional
districts in the country — but this will be his toughest race yet.
He’s up against Scott Brown and a flood of outside money. The only way
Chris wins is if we stand together and fuel this campaign with grassroots
support.
