DNC Meeting Erupts—Speaker’s Crime Comment Is Too Much
The Democratic Party’s messaging meltdown just hit a new low.
At their summer meeting in Minneapolis, a featured speaker actually told Democrats to brush off migrant crime and carjackings as nothing more than “lurid visuals.” Instead, the party was urged to pivot to abstract chatter about “visible homelessness” and “mental health.”
Translation: the crime destroying neighborhoods across America is just an image problem—not a crisis that needs fixing. For families living with break-ins, car thefts, and assaults, the insult couldn’t be clearer—Democrats see their pain as a nuisance to be managed.
The contrast with Trump’s leadership couldn’t be sharper. In Washington, D.C., his surge of federal law enforcement and National Guard troops brought carjackings and robberies crashing down—and even delivered the city’s first murder-free month in decades.
While Trump proves law and order works, Democrats are busy telling voters not to believe their own eyes.
