The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is moving to roll back one of
the most important legal foundations we have to fight climate change.
If this is finalized, it’d be the largest deregulatory action in American
history.
This action would reverse countless climate-friendly regulations, sparking
a years-long legal battle. It’d also severely limit the ability of future
presidents to curb fossil fuel emissions.
This is an attack on science, common sense, and our future,
