You’ve seen it: despite Alabama’s DEI ban, our hidden-camera video captured a University of North Alabama official admitting they’ve simply rebranded DEI under different titles, like “multicultural” -- a clear attempt to circumvent the law. “Visually, what you see is that it’s gone. But really nothing changed.”
That’s bad enough. But here’s what matters now: whether UNA leadership pays a price.
This is more than bureaucratic sleight of hand. If UNA’s leadership gets away with it, every public university in Alabama will believe they can get away with it, too.
We need trustees and state officials to know that this is not acceptable.
Please take 30 seconds right now to send a message demanding enforcement of the DEI ban. Tell them the law must mean something, not just polite window-dressing.
Send Your Message to the relevant officials here: www.DEIinAlabama.com
Every message makes it harder for them to ignore the issue or hide behind wordplay.
Alabama taxpayers and students demand transparency, accountability, and compliance with the law.
Thank you for speaking up,
