John, today is Labor Day – and I'm taking a moment to honor our nation's workers and reflect on my days as a card-carrying member of the NFL Players Association.

It might seem silly, but I still carry this old card in my wallet.

It reminds me of an important truth: When workers stand together, we can fight for fair pay, better conditions, and the American dream.

I will always be committed to fighting for the working people of Texas. For those who keep our state and this country going. For those who show up every day for their families and their future.

Unfortunately, my opponents don't see it that way. At every turn, they side with corporations and their wealthy donors instead of everyday Texans. That's why they support gerrymandering Texas' congressional maps so they can keep rigging our economy for the rich – even while working people pay the price.

It's time we finally stand up to these out-of-touch politicians who aren't fighting for the working people they're supposed to represent.

That's why before I let you go, I just have to ask: Will you pitch in today to help me fight for workers and Texas families, defeat my anti-union opponents, and flip this battleground Senate seat?

Thank you for honoring our workers and fighting for a better future this Labor Day.

– Colin
