Corporation for Public Broadcasting, funder of NPR and PBS, says it will end operations within months after federal budget cuts

We’re deeply saddened to see one of our time-honored institutions fall victim to Trump’s cruel MAGA agenda and culture wars.

We've written this sincere letter to tell PBS how grateful we feel as Democrats for their work, and we're offering you a chance to sign it. There are only spots for 20,000 voters, so do not hesitate!

Your decades of work have been absolutely VITAL to our country!

From Mr. Rogers to Sesame Street to PBS NewsHour and so much more, your freely available programming has meant so much to millions of Americans!

I am saddened that you’ll be forced to reduce your operations due to Trump’s petty political revenge scheme against the free press.

But I know, Trump will only continue to ramp up his attacks against the free press. He won’t rest until every outlet is spreading his propaganda.

It’s not just upsetting, it’s a dangerous step towards outright authoritarianism! That’s why I’m doing everything in my power to stop him.

I'm more motivated now than ever to make sure that Democrats flip the House, flip the Senate, and put a check on Trump’s power next year.
